About Fridder Digger
Dear Fellow GCSAA Members,
As you are undoubtedly aware, the PGA of America in conjunction with the leading golf associations (including the GCSAA) are engaged in a very costly effort to grow the great game of golf.
One of the major areas of concern is enjoyment of the game, and one very important aspect, I feel, is the art of proper pin placement. It should be the right of every golfer to enjoy the same fairness as the touring professionals when it comes to putting. Too often, pins are placed on severe slopes, or there are too many difficult pin placements..
The guidelines set forth by the USGA, and common sense, should prevail all the time. Six difficult, six medium and six easy pin placements is a very good rule of thumb, and offers all golfers a good test of their skills. Together, we can make a difference making golf more enjoyable, less embarrassing, and grow our great game of golf.
To help the course superintendent, in conjunction with GCSAA members, and after several years of development, we have produced the finest tool ever invented for the proper placement of pins and laser-like edge – it’s called the FRIDDER DIGGER! By using this tool, you can eliminate the common mistakes made in pin placement, create a superior cup, maintain a smoother surface of the greens, and ensure more golfing pleasure for your players.
Check out the 16 advantages of using the FRIDDER DIGGER over all existing tools, and after trying it for yourself; you may even find some more.
Sincerely,
-Richard Ellsworth, GCSAA
